Black Queens Midfielder Boye-Hlorkah Joins Nottingham Forest Women on Two-Year Deal
Black Queens midfielder Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah has completed a move to English side Nottingham Forest Women, signing a two-year contract ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The 29-year-old joins as a free agent following her departure from London City Lionesses at the end of last season.
Boye-Hlorkah was instrumental in the Lionesses’ promotion to the English top flight, scoring six goals and providing two assists in 19 appearances.
A product of Everton’s Centre of Excellence, she made her Women’s Super League debut for the Toffees in 2013 and scored her first senior goal later that season. She went on to spend eight years with the club before a two-season spell at Aston Villa from 2021 to 2023.
She later joined London City Lionesses, where she made 37 appearances over two seasons.
On the international stage, Boye-Hlorkah was part of the Black Queens squad that secured bronze at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
