The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially announced the release of the 2025 Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results.
In a statement, GES directed all Regional Directors of Education to promptly inform District Directors and Heads of Schools within their jurisdictions of the development.
The Service stressed that admissions for first-year students must strictly adhere to the official placement lists generated by the CSSPS Secretariat.
“No school is permitted to admit students outside the official placement list without prior written approval from the Service,” the statement cautioned.
According to the directive, students placed under the system are expected to report to their respective schools from October 18, 2025, to begin registration. Heads of schools have been tasked with ensuring that the process runs smoothly in line with the guidelines provided.
GES further warned that any breaches, including unauthorized admissions, would attract strict administrative sanctions. Regional and District Directors have also been instructed to monitor the exercise and provide the necessary supervisory support throughout the admission period.
The Service assured parents, students, and stakeholders of its commitment to ensuring a transparent, fair, and successful admission process for the 2025 academic year.
